P,  a Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate in Management has more than 20 years of  global experience in Swimming pool and leisure Industry .  A major part of that was in Middle East and India , has wide experience in Designing , installation,  testing and Commissioning of many premium Hotels, Resorts, Palaces and even the First Dolphinarium in Dubai, Installation of 50 Mts Olympic Pool and 25 Mts Training for SAI-Sports Authority of India – Gandhinagar Gujarat and IL&FS Green Field Stadium at Trivandrum .  Giri  , is a  ISPE Certified Swimming Pool Engineer with more than 650 Pools to his credit and is familiar with International standards related to designing of Swimming pools and Spas  like  SPATA, ISPE and FINA standards. He was involved in many premium projects and worked with International Consultants and Architects, where he provided value engineering through engineering good practices     Giri , has Successfully introduced many innovative products like Salt Chlorination system, Heat Pumps , Color fittings , Automatic Pool Covers, Counter current thread mills etc  He is a regular invitee on seminars for professional organizations like IPA and imparted training to the technician in the Industry.
