Project Consultancy services for bankability study of Tiruvallur-Aarakkonam 4th Line in Southern Railway to BARSYL
The scope of work includes exploring the financial and feasibility of the 4th line based on traffic study and financial appraisal and also preparation of a business plan for the project line.
Services provided:
- Review in detail all the past technical studies carried out by Southern railway.
- Review and incorporate the various policies, rules and regulations laid down by the Government of India, Ministry of Railways as applicable.
- Review and study of the traffic, present and future.
- Part of team to arrive at the Economic indices including IRR and EIRR.
