- Providing typical drawings of alternate modes ( to identify road space required and to establish typical foot print areas of each station or stop)
- Providing engineering details for Alternate modes including Bus Rapid Transport System, Light Rail Transit, Tram way, Metro and regional rail
- Providing right of way requirements for all alternate modes
- Providing Block capital costs for establishment of alternate transit systems
